Yoga

We offer a gentle Reiki Infused Yoga Stretch which has many health benefits.

Yoga improves strength, balance and flexibility. It helps with back pain relief and can ease arthritis symptoms. Yoga benefits heart health. It relaxes you, to help you sleep better while boosting your energy and helping you have brighter moods. It also helps you manage stress. While Reiki treatments decrease anxiety and pain, reduce fatigue, improve quality of life, and helps reduce symptoms of depression.

We offer Kundalini Yoga along with a Soundbath. The practice of Kundalini Yoga re-establishes a stability and resilience in the nervous system and promotes a balanced expression of glandular secretions in the body, not just the ones that support the stress response, but also those that support relaxation, connection, digestion, sexual functions, sleep cycles. 

We also offer Restorative Yoga: It will help you to slow down and aid you in having a better nights sleep. You may find yourself more energized. You’ll be much more in-tune with what your body needs

Benefits of restorative yoga include reduced stress and anxiety, improved sleep, blood pressure control, boosted immunity, improved digestion and enhanced overall energy levels. To maximize its healing effects, it is recommended to practice restorative yoga at least twice a week for 15-45 minutes. It’s an amazing way to recover.

Our most rewarding yoga class is Our Little Yogi’s Radiant Child Yoga and Mindfulness. We conduct this class through play, games, dancing, yoga and mindfulness,

Yoga helps children manage their anxiety. It improves children’s emotional regulation. Yoga boosts children’s self-esteem, increases children’s body awareness and mindfulness.  It enhances children’s concentration and memory. It develops children’s strength and flexibility. It  teaches discipline and reduces impulsivity. Aids in a better nights sleep.

While studies show that the benefits of mindfulness for kids may include: Increased focus, attention, self-control, classroom participation, compassion. Improved academic performance, ability to resolve conflict, overall well-being. Decreased levels of stress, depression, anxiety and disruptive behaviour.

Sound Healings and Soundbaths

Sound baths are a therapeutic and meditative experience where you “bathe” in the sounds and vibrations from various instruments such as gongs, drums, rattles and crystal bowls.  Through these sounds and vibrations, your mind enters a meditative and relaxed state. This brings about healing at mental, emotional, and physical levels.  Sound baths may help with depression, anxiety and stress and have physiological benefits such as reduction in pain, better sleep, removal of toxins, and strengthening of your immune systems.

Soundbaths can be done as an individual healing session or a group healing sessions.

Reiki

Reiki is a form of hands on healing, with its origins in India and The East dating back many thousands of years to the time before Christ and Buddha. It disappeared for a period of time and was rediscovered by a Japanese scholar, Dr Mikao Usui. Reiki means Universal Life Force.

Reiki works on the body, mind and spirit by stimulating a person’s own natural healing abilities, blocked or stagnant emotional and physical elements that lead to illness and disease are cleared. It is the highest and most profound vibration of life.

We offer a range of group workshops including Soundbaths, Mindfulness Meditation, Reiki Healing, Cacao Ceremonies, Journaling, Intention Candles, Vision Boards, Women Circles, Inner Child Healing and many more.

  • Pre-natal Massage – A customised massage for pregnant women, focusing on the areas that need special attention during pregnancy, such as the back, and neck.
